The Confederal Union of Trade (CUT) is an organ of the COFR founded during the First Financial Summit in New Belfast. The Confederal Union of Trade serves the following functions:

  • Monitor and project the development of the economies of COFR nations and the COFR as a whole
  • Provide a basis for trade deals between COFR member states
  • Create a budget for all COFR departments, ministries and organs
  • Ensure financial stability within the COFR
  • Oversee trade on the Confederal Space Station
  • Deal with bankruptcy claims of COFR Corporations
  • Monitor the finances of COFR Corporations
